The 3rd generation of a property developer wanted to introduce a culture brand owned by the family mainly around Feng Shui. From a basic calendar they wanted a branded full retail format with products and packaging all around the core concept.


Based on quantitive research and deep desk research we reframed and redefined a Feng Shui business and brand strategy for Chinese Millennials for the 21st century and online platforms and designed the brand identity, product and Feng Shui retail format
